LACHELLE J. HARRISON is a trailblazer, visionary, and philanthropist with a fun personality, keen eye for aesthetics, and fierce “can-do” attitude. Her impact resonates throughout the event/tourism industry and caused local and national event organizations to recognize her as a fearless leader. Born and raised in Washington DC, Lachelle tenaciously walks in her passion and inspires others to believe in their dreams.

Lachelle followed her dream and courageously changed careers to become an event professional. Throughout her profession, she served in many capacities, from venue management, event operations, project management, general service contracting, and virtual/hybrid productions. Lachelle's tackled over 500 nationwide projects, from small to large high-profile and complex meetings, conferences, tradeshows conventions, festivals, brand activations to special event productions.

Her diverse skillset fostered many partnerships and accolades from the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), the Event Services Professional Association (ESPA), Successful Meetings Magazine, Events DC, Hargrove/Encore, and many more. Recently, during the beginning of the pandemic, Lachelle oversaw processes and led production for multiple COVID-19 testing centers during the 2020 Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee. 

Changing careers and staying true to what she loves to do,  Lachelle catapulted her career to new heights and business ownership.  Not only is she passionate about events and education, she cares about the success of her community. With her altruistic spirit, Lachelle always finds time for service. Her philosophy is about Inspiring and cultivating others to become the best versions of themselves.
